Nightfoil TCG is an independently operated website based in New Jersey, United States. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit nightfoil.com or contact us. For privacy questions, email business@nightfoil.com.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and manage related business correspondence. Our business email is hosted through Google Workspace, which processes and stores those communications.
Website hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and helps secure this website. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
Cookieless analytics
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Fonts, cookies, and external links
The home page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download them, transmitting technical request information, including your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
The website code does not set advertising cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. Depending on the security features in use, Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
Our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X links open external websites. We do not currently embed social media players or feeds. Once you follow an external link, the destination's privacy practices apply.
How information is shared
Information is processed by the providers described above to operate the site and handle communications. It may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or legal claims. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Retention and requests
We retain correspondence as needed to handle inquiries, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention of provider logs and backups also depends on the providers' settings and policies.
You can email business@nightfoil.com to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable law and recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be provided or deleted.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its revision date when our practices change. New features such as a store, newsletter, or accounts may require additional privacy information.
